You can enable / disable this settings for different Member Level basis.
1. In Admin Panel, go to the Member Level Settings
2. There is an option of “Allow become Professional”
3. If you want to allow the users to become Professional then, enable this option otherwise disable this option.
4. Then Save the Changes.
