Yes, you can enable / disable Continue Reading Button from the User Panel also.
1. In Admin Panel, go to the Member Level Settings
2. There is an option for “Allow Continue Reading enable”

3. If you enable this option then, you can change this setting at the user end from create form of news.
4. But if you disable this option from Admin Panel only, then it will give one more option to choose default continue reading button.

5. Choose your settings accordingly and then Save the Changes.
