Modules are the 3rd party Plugins which you can integrate with Community Advertisements plugin specifically for the Ad creation on your website. You can add modules(plugins) from "Manage Modules" section of this Plugin in Admin Panel. These modules can be used for the creation of 'Promote your Content Type' Ad on your website. By adding the plugins, you can select any of the added modules at the time of Ad creation.
By integrating the plugin for Advertisements you allow particular Ads to work for the mentioned plugin only. They will get displayed at the various Widgets and pages of your website.

At the time of Package creation the modules which you have added will get visible to you in the Package creation form under Modules field. You can add them. From there you can choose any of the specific Plugins which will work for the those plugins only.
