By giving the Visibility Setting to your Shoutbox you can enhance the privacy of your Shoutbox by providing view privacy on per member level and Network basis.

You can make your Shoutboxes more secure by giving visibility settings.

You can give visibility settings to your shoutbox by following these steps:

In Admin Panel, Go to ‘Manage Shoutbox’ section.
Now click on Create New Shoutbox link.
‘Create New Shoutbox’ Page will get appeared.
Under VIsibility & Posting Settings, choose Member Level View Privacy and Network Privacy which you want to give to your Shoutbox.
After that Click on ‘Save Settings’ Button.
