How to Transfer Ownership in Group Communities Plugin?

With the help of Transfer Ownership feature you can provide or transfer ownership of your group to some other member to whom you want to provide the rights to do so.

The owner of the group can be changed. Once the ownership is provided to any member, it can not be retrieved.

Steps to Transfer Ownership in Group Communities Plugin:

In Admin Panel, Go to Member level Settings.
Search “Allow to Transfer Ownership” and Enable it for the member level from whom you have created the Group.
After that go to View page of the Group and Click on Settings icon, then go to Dashboard.
Under Manage Group Section, Select “Transfer Ownership”.
Type the name of the member to whom you want to give Ownership and then Select on ‘Change’ Button.
All the access of your group will get transferred to that member.
